  • What will happen at my first visit?

Once you have filled out your medical intake form and we verify your insurance, you will be scheduled for a virtual initial visit. You can expect your physician to discuss your medical history to include specific items that can affect your weight. We will discuss your current nutrtion and exercise pattern and review labs if you’ve had them done recently. (We will order them after first visit if needed). You will receive your nutrition plan and we will set 2 goals on your first visit.

  • What if I don't have insurance or don't want to use my insurance for visits?

    Follow Up Visits - $75

If you have insurance, we will work with you and your insurance to to get coverage for prescribed medications.

  • Do I need a referral to see you?

If you have TriCare Prime, you need a referral from your primary care provider for “weight loss / management”, but most insurances will not require a referral. You may have specific limitations (eg. certain number of visits per year) based on your insurance. Most of our patients are “self-referred”.
